Candidates
Although we are in the business of providing candidates to fill positions, as our backgrounds show we are not traditional headhunters. We are network builders.We have heard the complaints about the traditional recruitment process. We know many excellent candidates are not registered or about to register with any agency. We think the process of finding good candidates for good positions ought to be simpler and more organic. We think you should join our network, whether you are currently looking for a job or not.
We pay a £1000 referral fee for a successful legal placement, and £500 referral fee for a Non-Executive Directorship placement. You have the qualifications and experience which might make you a perfect candidate for a current vacancy. You also have an informal network of friends, colleagues and contacts in various fields. You know the world you work in and you might know the perfect candidate for a position. If someone you put forward as a candidate gets the job, you deserve a financial “thank you” from us, as well as a drink from them. £1000 or £500 won’t pay the mortgage, but it would be nice to have. Or you could gift it to your children, or your favourite charity.
